VALLEY MENTAL HEALTH
ABOUT US
Valley Mental Health is a local non-profit organization operating under a volunteer Board of Directors in Renfrew County. It was established in 1996 as Valley Employee and Family Assistance Program, and has recently expanded to offer additional services to meet the high demands for counselling and mental health support in the community.
Mental health is a continuum that each of us moves along on a daily basis. As the demands of work and life increase, we all need to pay attention to our mental health to ensure that we stay healthy and functioning at our best.
